Version 2
The AI Layer and Personalization

V1 built the whole platform. V2 makes it intelligent: a guided AI campaign builder, dynamic per-lead personalization, and the ability to run the platform from Claude or ChatGPT.

Phase V2
Timeline 3 to 4 weeks
Investment $15,000
The Picture

From a platform that works
to a platform that thinks

V1 built the whole product: provisioning automation, the campaign engine, lead management, warmup, analytics, unified login, the admin panel, billing, and CRM sync. That was the foundation, the part that makes outreach run.

V2 is a different kind of work. It does not add more plumbing. It makes the platform intelligent, so a client spends less time clicking through screens and more time getting outcomes. The AI does the heavy lifting on top of the product data V1 already manages.

Scope of Work

What gets built

01

MCP / External AI Assistant

Let clients connect STF Leads Machine to tools like Claude or ChatGPT, so they can ask the AI to help find leads, build campaigns, and draft emails using their own product data. This is the core of V2. It exposes the platform's real actions as a set of AI-operable tools behind a proper login, so there is no shared password and no copy-pasted API key. The client logs in once, approves access, and the AI can then run the platform on their behalf, limited to exactly what that user is allowed to do.

What gets built
02

Guided AI Campaign Builder

The user answers a few questions about their offer, audience, and tone. The system then generates a full email sequence, for example ten emails, instead of only helping write one email at a time. It understands the client's leads, mailboxes, and campaign structure, so the writing is grounded in their actual data rather than generic copywriting.

What gets built
Scope for this builder. The v1 target is "answer the questions, get a complete and editable sequence." An open-ended assistant that can do anything in the app by chat is a larger piece of work and is not part of this scope. It can follow later once the guided flow is proven in clients' hands.
03

Dynamic Custom Fields

When users upload a lead list, any extra columns in the file can become email variables. If the list has an Instagram profile link column, the user can use that field as a {{variable}} inside their emails.

What gets built
Design & Product

The interface already works.
This makes it better to use.

SpeakToFreedom already has a full, working interface — V1 shipped it. This layer is about making it better to use. The new V2 capabilities, and the screens around them, get refined so the platform feels effortless instead of just functional: clearer flows, fewer steps, and the details handled. It is usability and polish on top of a product that already works, not a redesign from zero.

What the $3k delivers
The Investment

What V2 costs

$15k
One V2 Investment
Engineering build$12,000
Design & product$3,000
Total$15,000

Design and product plus the full engineering build of all three features — the External AI Assistant, the Guided AI Campaign Builder, and Dynamic Custom Fields — delivered as one V2 package.

Ongoing Support

Support that scales with the hours you need

The $15k above covers building V2. Separate from that is the hands-on support around it — migration, setup, and the steady stream of new requests as the platform goes into real use. Some of the migration was part of our original conversation; much of it has grown well past that. Rather than bake a guess into the fixed price, support runs as a simple monthly block of hours, with extra time billed only as it's used.

$100 / hour for anything beyond the ten — billed only for the time actually used. Month to month, no long commitment.
Timeline

3 to 4 weeks

Rough effort per feature. They overlap, so the whole of V2 lands in three to four weeks from kickoff.

The Payoff

What this buys

V1 made outreach possible on one platform. V2 makes it fast.

A sequence from a sentence

A client describes their offer and gets a ten-email sequence back, grounded in their own leads, instead of starting from a blank editor.

Personalization past first name

Any column a client cares about, like an Instagram or LinkedIn link, becomes a usable merge variable.

Run it from the AI they already use

Power users drive the whole platform from Claude or ChatGPT, safely scoped to what they are allowed to do.

A real differentiator

Very few outreach platforms can be run by an external AI and also ship a campaign builder that knows the client's own data.

Trust & Data

What the AI can and can't touch

Connecting an external AI to your platform only works if it is safe by default. The assistant is scoped to the person using it, and your lead data stays protected.

Only what the user can do

The assistant inherits the logged-in user's role. Client and admin permissions are enforced automatically — it can never do more than the person using it.

Read and write, separated

Read actions and write actions are grouped apart, so nothing is created or changed without an explicit approval step.

Masked by default

Results come back as summaries, counts, and masked data — not full record dumps of your leads.

A real login, no shared secret

Access is a per-user login with a consent screen, and the token is tied to that user. No shared password, no copy-pasted API key.

Boundaries

Out of scope for V2

Not in this build
  • An open-ended assistant that does anything in the app by chat, beyond the guided sequence flow.
  • Per-field types or validation on custom fields. Values are plain text in v1.
  • Filtering or searching leads by custom field values.
  • Custom fields on purchased contacts.
What you can still do
  • Generate full sequences and run real actions. The guided builder still returns a complete, editable sequence, and a connected Claude or ChatGPT can already search leads, build campaigns, and pull analytics.
  • Use any value as a variable. Any text in a custom field drops straight into emails as a merge variable today.
  • Display, personalize, and export. Custom fields show in the My Leads table and personalize every email; you can still filter on built-in fields and export to slice the list.
  • Carry fields end to end. Every uploaded lead list keeps its custom fields all the way through to sending.
In Summary

The whole of V2, in one package

The External AI Assistant, the Guided Campaign Builder, and Dynamic Custom Fields — designed into the platform you already have, tested live, and delivered as one $15,000 package in three to four weeks.
